    Resposta: I haven't had the ball stuck, however whole tablet was getting stuck in dispenser...I toss them in the dishwasher now. Seems to be ok. But, I have noticed that some plastic items are getting a pink tinge. Hope this helps.

Rinse aid is required to ensure spot-free, shiny dishes and assist the drying function and salt is required to protect your machine from limescale and soften the water for better cleaning. With multi-benefit tablets such as Finish Quantum Ultimate and Finish All-in-One, rinse aid and salt functions are included.     Resposta: These tablets include a rinse aid type treatment in them. However Salt is a separate matter. Depending on where you live determines the type of water you have. I would always put salt in the dishwasher as this will prolong your dishwasher life and stop scaling from the limescale etc. Some dishwashers have settings you can set in accordance with whether you live in a hard water area so you can let the dishwasher know so it can work out during cycles how to balance the salt etc. Salt is dead cheap and lasts a long time so always add salt. Rinse aid is optional my light is constantly on but my glasses and cutlery are as shiny as ever to be honest. I actually prefer the fairy platinum tablets. It maybe psychological but they appear a better quality as the new Finish tablets have become a bit eco squishy and look and feel a bit underwhelming albeit they do the job. I use my dishwasher at least once a day. I'm a dishwasher anarach! Use Salt always. Rinse aid not required with these and better quality tablets! Wow that's a worryingly long answer for dishwasher tablets...I need to get out a bit more. Good luck
