Resposta: You forgot to mention the number of months, but this might help. I stopped going to the gym because of illness and had my wey protein in a container bound with tapt to make it airtight. About 6 months later I made my banana, skimmed milk and chocolate protein shake in my blender---and it was perfect. If I had left it for around a year I would have dumped it. -

Resposta: I make a shake using skimmed milk or almond milk. I used to use almond milk before it has less kcal but it's 4 times more expensive and I prefer the taste of milk anyway. I am aiming for mass build and weight loss tho, depends on what you need. -
