Malma Station is the story of a family who is dealt with generations of loneliness, trauma and irreparable relationships with their psychological baggage. Malma Station is a train that moves rapidly through time with its unique structure; a compartment with each section attached to the next. Alex Schulman is again pursuing the story of children who have to bear the fault of their parents by tracing their inherited past. Alex Schulman returns to the traumas of his childhood in his second novel, Malma Station: Insecure fathers, absent mothers, estranged children. Everything breathes impotence, unattainability and loss. ...
