The installation process is relatively easy, although you may need to have a guitar pro cut the groove where the saddle seats deeper. One of the Presys+'s best features is its onboard tuning. However, some customers have had issues with the sound quality. A few reviewers complain that the low E string and A string are very bright, while the others produce very little sound. One reviewer even suspects that the product is counterfeit. Another reviewer complains that the sound reproduction isn't any better than that of the cheaper Presys+ model, which is a disappointment considering the $189 price tag.
