The dryer was delivered with very thin cardboard and styrofoam panels without any substantial framework of wood or thicker cardboard/styrofoam elements, which often resulted in damage during delivery. The drum appears to be rubbing and struggling during its rotation, causing some unpleasant noise and a burning smell after a minute of use, indicating a potential electrical/fire hazard. Additionally, the Equator 860 compact dryer works like a charm; it was sensor dries and is very quiet and efficient.
