The Chemical Guys Gap_V32_04 V32 Optical Grade Extreme Compound 4 oz is a safe-to-use product for your car's clear coat finishes. Even for a 32-year-old heavily oxidized and dull car, this product worked wonders ranging from getting rid of oxidation and scratches, getting rid of neglect, cleaning door dings, scrapes, and sap in different shiny, brand new-like results. This compound is best paired with lacquer or paint thinner for newer, stickier unwanted substances still fresh on the car. For something more prominent that recently happened, very fine sandpaper would work before going over it with V32. Those with darker colored cars may use V32 with a swirl mark remover for an even better outcome. While this product may not work for vinyl wrapped finishes and advertised by some disappointed customers as not ideal for some more challenging areas to fix, others find it incredible and would not use anything else for their car's body fix.
