It has adjustable pressure, cycle time and inflation patterns. Although it is noisy, it delivers good pressure. However, the hoses that attach the pump to the inflation garment are a little on the short side. The pump unit must be close to the inflation suit. The product claims to be for lymphedema, but it is too tight even for the milder form. It is also not adjustable and the leg length is too long for an average height person. Overall, it is a reasonably priced product compared to similar items.
