The 651 includes a large AeroPilates stand to raise it off the ground, Cardio Rebounder, furry hand and foot straps, and a padded, 20-inch wide platform. And like all of our reformers, the adjustable headrest, high-density shoulder pads, and padded foot bar are also included. It also includes the new Primer Plus DVD. The 4 cords allow you to achieve your desired level of resistance, making your workout as intense as you would like. Aim for a lighter resistance to work on your core and more resistance to work the major muscle groups. The patented Cardio Rebounder will help you reach and maintain your desired weight, flatten your stomach, strengthen your pelvic floor, and target your goal heart rate as effectively as with a treadmill but without any impact or stress. The Primer Plus workout DVD includes basic information and beginner workouts, which makes this reformer ideal for anyone beginning AeroPilates. But even if you’re a seasoned practitioner, this reformer’s upgrades and included accessories make it a sound investment. In addition to the DVD, this package also comes with a wall chart.
