Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset (PS4) (PS4)

In reviewing the customer experiences with "Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset" for PS4, it becomes apparent that the reception of the product is mixed and heavily influenced by issues related to usability and clarity in the product description. Many customers who are fans of Bethesda and the Elder Scrolls franchise appreciate the content the game offers, expressing strong affection for the franchise overall. However, the excitement is tempered by significant dissatisfaction regarding the game’s accessibility due to regional restrictions on the voucher code. Multiple users have reported that the product is restricted for use only in Europe, and this vital detail was not clearly communicated in the product description. As a result, customers have encountered frustration over receiving a code that they cannot redeem in their region (primarily the U.S.), highlighting a disconnect between the expectation set by the product’s marketing and the reality experienced upon purchase. The inability to return opened products further exacerbates customer disappointment, especially since they are left with what they perceive as a worthless purchase. This scenario has led to a general sentiment among affected users leaning toward dissatisfaction; many would have rated the game higher if not for these regional limitations. Ultimately, while the core gameplay experience remains beloved among fans, the lack of clear communication regarding regional availability and voucher usability has marred the overall reception of this product. **
